A team of esteemed Instructors at KASUMO TECHNOLOGIES Ltd, led by Eng. Mathias Mwambona, continues to play a vital role in empowering the next generation of Tanzanian engineers through industry-focused digital skills development.

Students from various universities had the opportunity to participate in awareness sessions covering both Connected BIM for Infrastructure and Digital Product Design & Manufacturing.

The infrastructure session introduced participants to modern engineering workflows and Autodesk solutions including InfraWorks, ReCap Pro, Civil 3D, and the broader AEC ecosystem, demonstrating how digital technologies support the planning, design, construction, and operation of infrastructure projects.

The manufacturing session focused on the role of digital design and manufacturing technologies in driving innovation, improving productivity, and supporting industrial growth. Students gained valuable insights into modern workflows that transform ideas from concept development to production using industry-standard digital solutions.

The sessions attracted students and young professionals from a wide range of disciplines, including Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Oil & Gas Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Textile Design & Technology.
